The Help Desk is reserved for factual corrections, accessibility barriers, privacy requests, copyright or legal notices, and serious website-operation problems.
What the Help Desk cannot provide
It cannot diagnose equipment, provide emergency instructions, recommend or dispatch contractors, interpret local code, quote repairs, answer shopping questions or replace manufacturer support.
Emergency: For gas odour, smoke, fire, a carbon-monoxide alarm or immediate danger, leave the building and contact 911, the fire service or the fuel supplier from a safe location.
